After more than thirty years of crafting cookware, I’ve decided it’s time to put down the hammer.
What began as a simple passion for honest, durable design grew into a lifetime of making pans that I hoped would earn a place in your kitchen.

Our pans are made from 100% pure Grade 1 titanium and finished with a hand-hammered microstructure. This creates natural valleys that minimize sticking, improve airflow, and make the pan hydrophobic over time. It is a natural low-stick surface, without Teflon, coatings, or chemicals.
